There are several steps you can try to resolve the issue with your XPS 2720 Bluetooth not finding any of your devices:

  1. Ensure that the Bluetooth device you are trying to connect to is turned on and in pairing mode.

  2. Check if there are any other devices near your XPS 2720 that may be interfering with the Bluetooth signal. Try moving your laptop closer to the device you are trying to connect to and see if that helps.

  3. Restart your XPS 2720 and try connecting again.

  4. Make sure that the Bluetooth drivers are up to date. You mentioned that you have already installed the driver from the Dell website, but try downloading and installing the latest driver again just to make sure.

  5. If none of the above steps work, try resetting the Bluetooth module on your XPS 2720. To do this, go to Device Manager, expand the Bluetooth category, right-click on your Bluetooth adapter, and select "Uninstall device". Once the device has been uninstalled, restart your computer and the Bluetooth module will be reinstalled automatically.

If none of these steps work, there may be a hardware issue with the Bluetooth adapter on your XPS 2720, and you may need to contact technical support or bring it in for repairs.
