Laptop connected to wifi but no internet access

Hello. I have a Vostro 3578 and for a few months now whenever I connect to any wifi, I have no Internet access or if I do, it's very unstable and weak. I've tried a bunch of solutions found here and on other websites but nothing seems to work. I've also tried an Ethernet connection and it made no difference.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
