Inspiron 15R, connection to iPhone 12 hotspot

I have a Dell Inspiron 15R and it may connect at best 30 minutes and then disconnect from Apple iPhone 12 hotspot

The common reason for disconnect is cannot connect to network to my iPhone 12. Most of the time there is no connection at all as if I set up nothing.

I reset both devices networks and tried connections in 2 locations. T-Mobile is the carrier. I've called Apple and T-Mobile
