G7 7700 keeps crashing due to Killer Network Card

My laptop has been crashing multiple times a day recently.  The Minidump says its caused by the Killer Network driver.  I completed all the updates available for the driver on your website but its still crashing.

If your laptop is crashing multiple times a day and the Minidump is indicating that the cause is the Killer Network driver, there are a few steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:

  1. Uninstall and reinstall the driver: Sometimes, the driver may have become corrupted, causing it to crash. You can try uninstalling the driver and then reinstalling it to see if that fixes the issue.

  2. Disable the Killer Network service: You can try disabling the Killer Network service to see if that resolves the issue. To do this, open the Services app in Windows and locate the "Killer Network Service" entry. Right-click on it and select "Properties". Set the "Startup type" to "Disabled" and then click "OK". Restart your computer and see if the issue is resolved.

  3. Try a different driver version: Sometimes, the latest driver version may not be compatible with your system. You can try downloading and installing a different driver version from the manufacturer's website to see if that fixes the issue.

  4. Contact the manufacturer: If none of the above steps work, you may need to contact the manufacturer for further assistance. They may be able to provide additional troubleshooting steps or recommend a hardware replacement if necessary.

It's important to note that if your laptop is still under warranty, you should contact the manufacturer before attempting any of these steps to avoid voiding the warranty.
