Driver Intel(R) Centrino(R) Wireless-N 1000 has failed and is no longer supported - do I need a new wifi card?
XPS 15 L501X
The Intel(R) Centrino(R) Wireless-N 1000 driver has stopped working. It's no longer supported by Intel. I've tried various fixes including uninstalling and reinstalling and downloading the last available version from Intel but whenever I do these things it sends me into a doom loop of BSODs which take ages to stop. Whenever I do a trouble shooting scan of any sort this also causes BSOD errors. I think I need a new wireless card and driver but I'm not sure what card I need. My laptop is the XPS 15 L501X and I'm running Windows 10 with 8GB RAM (which is an upgrade from the original specfications).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
