Dell Keyboard and mouse combo pairing issue (KM3322w)

Hi Team,

I need support for my Dell wireless keyboard and mouse combo (KM3322w), The keyboard is not able to connect with the usb dongle, but the mice are working perfectly with the USB dongle.

I have received this combo during a Dell event organized with the reseller in the region, I believe that while the resellers are interchanged the keyboard with different boxes while they are punching their logo in the keyboard.

Now my question is how I can re-pair the keyboard that I have with the existing dongle. My keyboard and mouse model are KM3322w.PLease need your advice and help. The dell pairing software is not supported for the model that I have.
