Can’t connect to 5G wifi?

Hello, I recently got a Dell Inspiron 15 3000 series, but my wifi network will not show up, if it helps, it is a Nokia Fastmile gateway 3 running on Optus, but no matter how much i do, It won’t show up in the wifi list, any suggestions?
