Not only 100G QSFP28 interface not up but also not LED in Z9264F-ON
I installed 100G SFP to 100G SFP(Not Dell SFP) point to point in Z9264F-ON, the interfaces and LEDs are not up
when I checked the interface inventory, is displaying "Qualified"-->"False"

Hi, please check these steps:
To troubleshoot the connectivity issue, you can follow these steps:
If still the issue persists, it might be that the interface is not up because the SFP module is not qualified by the server.

Erman Özkurt, Thank you for your support,
I found the error that the SFP module is not support third party SFP by the power switch(Z9264F-ON). When I was tested by the Dell module SFP, it worked properly as you said.
