N4032F OSFP configuration to receive default route (switch is a stub)

Hey everyone. Having some difficulty in getting the default route that our Juniper MX router is sending to this Dell switch to show up in the routing table. The juniper has the OSPF area the Dell is in configured as a stub and is injecting the default-metric 10 into the routes. However, I don't see it on the Dell if I remove the static default route, it has no path out.

I am assuming that I don't have something set correctly on the N4032 as I am not real familiar with how OSPF is setup on them. Additionally, the reason we need this is that there are 2 juniper MX routers using 2 different areas connected to the N4032s and the N4032s are a switch stack.

Does anyone have some config examples or guide links that you can share to assist with this?

Best,

Lee

Hi,

Would you mind sharing with us the N4032F startup config (#show tech)?

Would this user guide page 1239 and 1305; able to help you understand the needs of the on switch configuration https://dell.to/42IcSQh
