Most likely PC3 have an Firewall active or the sevice you requested isnt there up and running. Since WinXP SP2 a windows comes with a Firewall and ICMP Echo (aka "ping") isnt enable on default.
If "connection" loss means that you even cant reach PC2 any more than check if you have a duplicated IP on PC3.

i turn off my firewall but it can't connect to pc3

Not "your" FW... the one on PC3. Please check if PC3 is really connected. Try to ping the gateway or test if you can reach the internet.
