can i directly upgrade firmware image for n1548p switch from 6.3.3.10 to 6.8.1.4?

Elshaday,
To me it looks like the upgrade would be fine, as newer hardware revisions can't use 6.3, but since that is where you are you should be fine with updating to the latest.
