Applying the March OS9.14(2.23) update to S4048-ON

The release notes state that the following are required for 9.14(2.23):

• Boot Selector image ver 3.21.0.0-6 or higher
• CPLD revision 15.2, active CPLD revision 12 and agent CPLD revision 5

However, I see no downloads for those subcomponents.

The release notes state "The booted option is used to upgrade the Boot Selector image to the image version packed with the loaded Dell Networking OS image". I assume these are packaged inside the FTOS-SK-9.14.2.23.bin file then? I just want to make sure I'm understanding this correctly.
