U2723QE, MacBook Pro, USB downstream not working

I use USB-C cable connected from my Macbook Pro 16" to the upstream USB-C port (Label 8) at the back of U2723QE and both display screen walking perfectly. However, the downstream USB ports (Label 9,10 and 11) are not working. Anyone knows what went wrong?
