U2723QE, horizontal lines
Today my monitor started flashing thin horizontal lines every two seconds. The picture will be fine for two seconds, then overlaid with the lines for two seconds. I determined that the problem is not with my computer because it happens even when the computer is disconnected from the monitor. Any tips on how to correct this problem would be appreciated!

To receive assistance from Dell support agents they need to first verify the ownership and warranty status. Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private U2723QE Service Tag and 20 digit serial number with them.
After they engage with you, send to them pictures or video of the U2723QE running its Built-in Diagnostics showing the lines. Page 89 in the online U2723QE User's Guide.
