U2722D, 24, flickering, severe image retention
I have 24 U2722D monitors at my facility, and I'm having some flickering and severe image retention problems that come and go at random. The problem is certainly the monitor and not the graphics card or cables. Even with the HDMI and DisplayPort cable disconnected, a ghost of desktop icons is still visible combined with a flicker. This comes and goes about 2 or 3 times a day.
The user here mentioned he is running U2722D firmware version MT3102 while all of my U2722D are running MT3101.
The download page for the U2722D monitor does not show any firmware updates. So to eliminate my problem is (or is not) a firmware issue, how can I get hold of the version mentioned in his post (version MT3102)?

Following up to see if the issue was resolved when you uploaded the OS details graphics card drivers? If so, mark this post as an accepted solution. If not, please let us know.
Update form user = Our workaround in the end was to change the desktop wallpaper to be less "busy". From the video I sent through originally you can see the wallpaper has dense diagonal lines. This has now been changed to a pure black background and since doing this we have not had a similar issue. Reverting the wallpaper and the problem does come back.

I have the same problem. I disconnect every hdmi displayport cable and can still see some parts of my desktop window !

Could you share and image of the burn in and also could you test the Monitor with an alternate device?
