U2720Q, no USB-C signal

Dell U2720Q

Dell U2720Q

No usb-c signal with a Macbook Pro 16' 2019 T2. Monitor was working fine for 2 years but a few days ago, impossible to use the usb-c port. Same issue with different usb-c cables and other computers (PC/Mac). It works with HDMI. I've tested usb-c cable with other brand monitors and it works. My Macbook pro was tested at the Apple Store and doesn't have any hardware issues. I've erase the hard drive and downgrade MacOS to Catalina, reinstall MacOS Sonoma (14.4) and updated the firmware from M2T104 to M2T105. Nothing worked. Support said that's a compatibility issue between the OS and the monitor but didn't provide more info (OS version/subversion, firmware version). Is there anyone who experienced the same issue and solved it?
