U2417H, vertical line problem
I bought a U2417H from the Dell official website on 5/23/17. There are 2 vertical lines. I have tried both my laptop and pc to ensure it is monitor problem and not a video card problem. What should I do to repair it? Is this monitor still in warranty?

* Dell does not repair monitors. We exchange them while under warranty
* From what Dell country sales site did you purchase this U2417H?

Yes. Look at all of the labels on the monitor.

So now I need to contact with Technical Support in Canada? and I really cannot find my Monitor 20 digit alphanumeric PPID serial number.

Hi, I have the same issue
Shows same screen and diagnostic test screen but showing up vertical lines

Then it is faulty. Time to replace it.
