S2716DG, black, LED power stays white with power plugged in / off with no power

Hello,

Woke up randomly to my Dell 2716DG monitor having a black screen with no back light on. It was only happening to 1 of the 3 hooked to the computer.

But no luck so far. Here is what i have done since the issue arose:

1. I have tried to to power cycle the monitor
   1. unplugged power cable from monitor and power outlet
   2. held down power button for more than 8 secs
   3. had all cords unplugged
2. I have tested the other cords
   1. moved black monitor to a different position and reconnected working monitor with DP and power cable from the original black screen monitor. The working monitor still had image / the broken one is still showing no image
3. I have moved the DP to a different option on the GPU
4. I have unplugged all DP and did a complete shut down and only had that one plugged in after restart

Any guidance would be appreciated.
