U3818DW, Precision 5470, slow charging, no image via USB-C

HI

I'm trying to to use my Dell U3818DW monitor with PD charging supposed to be 95W and my laptop Precision 5470 but when I plug it with the provided with the monitor Dell USB-C cable I get a message on my laptop about slow charging, and no image passing through.

Are they incompatible? I've tried different cables. No luck whatsoever.
