Monitor part number to model number reference

I am handling a hardware tracking initiative for my company.  I have the serial numbers for all of our monitors but I have to provide the model numbers as well.  I've only have physical access some of these monitors and have been able to make a decent list of part numbers (ex: Y320G) and model numbers (ex: Dell 1909W).  However, I am still finding many for which I cannot find a cross reference for.  Is there a list of this sort available somewhere?
