G3223Q (and probably some other DELL monitors) washed out HDR in some apps (With solution, new firmware might fix the issue)

First of all hi, hope you all are doing okay,

My issue is that in Win 11 without selecting the "Use legacy display ICC colour management" some apps and games becomes washed out in HDR.

Some known examples for games are: Far Cry 6, EA FC 24, Battlefield 2042

For the apps: VLC, MPC-HC

Like I said this issue can easily gets fixed by selecting the "Use legacy display ICC colour management" option under Compatibility settings in ".exe" properties.

I thought why would that be and tried to do some resarch and saw some other DELL users (it was mostly OLED monitors so not just my model) and they solved the issue by enabling Console Mode and Source Tone Map.

I gave it a try and yeah by doing that it removes that washed out look and fixes the issue.

I don't know if it's possible but Source Tone Map option shouldn't be locked under Console Mode just like how Local Dimming is locked under DisplayHDR600 option. Why can't I just enable Local Dimming anywhere in any profile without selecting HDR. User should be able to use everything that it's product offers.

These are my request and bug reports. I hope it gets fixed.
