VSS Hardware Provider on Windows Server Core
We are using Windows Server 2016 Hyper-V to host our cloud. All our hosts are installed in core (without GUI). And we use an Unity SAN. To get backups faster I would like to install the VSS Hardware Provider but it fails. I try with a GUI server: no problem. With a core installation crashes with the .exe or with .msi.
Who can tell me how I have to proceed? I haven't found any release notes or admin guide.

Good news: since version 4.4.0.374378 it's working on Windows Server 2016 Core.

Hello, I have been unable to find any documentation that states the Unity VSS HW Provider supports Windows 2016 Core.
I recommend requesting an enhancement through the below site. At the moment it is offline for maintenance but it should be available soon.
