Alienware attempting repairs

My new alienware desktop has been running with no issues.  On boot up it is now in a constant state of attempting repairs.

Have forced shut down and only have F2 and F12 options on reboot.  No idea how to reboot on sage mode. No F8 option.

I have run full system scan/diagnostics.

All tests passed.

Service tag:

Result code: 2000-0000

Validation code: 85359

Please can you offer some advice?

I did not anticipate such an issue on a new system from Dell.  I can  no longer work.

Have tried all options to reboot. Same old story....attempting repairs.

Please can you offer some advice or a solution.

Case update - Service was rescheduled and completed. SSD was replaced

There is no blue screen or error code and no updates or installs prior to the issue.

Correct: no start up, only trying to repair

I have a technician due to fix the computer on Monday 16th. 

I am unavailable and have tried the reschedule option but it does not work.

 

I would like to reschedule for Tuesday 17th. Please can you action this for me?
