SCOM 2012 SP1 - Dell MP - Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

After taking the following steps, I am unable to get the dashboard to populate.

Running SCOM 2012 SP1 Update Rollup 5 on Server 2012 Datacenter (fully patched).

This is the sole SCOM server in the environment.

Installation Steps:

  • Imported SMASH Library MPB file.
  • Configured SNMP Monitoring Account.
  • Ran installer for Management Pack Suite v5.1.
  • Manually imported all service packs that were not imported by the installer - except Dell DRAC (OM07) and Dell CMC (OM07).
  • Associated Run As Account / Profile with Dell Server, Dell CMC, Dell DRAC/MC, and Dell RAC classes.
  • Overrode Object Discoveries for Dell Feature Management Host Discovery (15 minutes) and Dell Registry based Server Management Suite Discovery (10 minutes).
  • Overrode Rule MonitoringFeature Discovery Periodic Trigger Rule (10 minutes).

Got the "Dell License Server is not configured. Install and configure License Server." error. The HKLM\Software\Dell\Dell Server Management Pack Suites\LicenseWebServerURL value was set to the default, and I changed the registry key to the correct license server.

The following error appeared in the OpsManager log:

Any ideas on how to proceed?
