Dell EMC Server Management Pack Suite Version - 7.1 Management Pack (Not the Appliance)

I am setting SCOM 2019 to replace an older SCOM installation.  I went looking for the latest Dell Server management pack and found the Dell EMC Server Management Pack Suite.  Version 7.0 does not indicate it is supported on SCOM 2019.  I installed it anyways as most MPs will still work with later versions of SCOM and it worked OK but I had some issues with things in the Feature Management Dashboard so I went to download 7.1.1 which does indicate it is supported on SCOM 2019.  All I can find it the download for the appliance vhd.

How can I download the latest version of just the Dell EMC Server Management Pack Suite?  I don't ant to set up a new appliance just for the OMSA-based server monitoring (the free, non-licensed monitoring option.)
