https://dl.dell.com HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 403 Forbidden ubuntu 22.04

Hi,

I'm not sure if the issue is inside our network but I want to understand the RC:

recently once I tried to download files via wget from https://dl.dell.com to update my FW of the server (with Ubuntu 22.04) I get the following issue: HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 403 Forbidden

did Dell make some changes?

on my personal laptop I can download without any problem
