Fingerprint is not recognizing in Ubuntu 24.04 LTS

I just installed ubuntu 24.04 LTS in my Dell Inspiron 5593 and after installing it I tried to enroll my fingerprint in it but when I tried fprintd-enroll command it showed "Impossible to enroll: GDBus.Error:net.reactivated.Fprint.Error.NoSuchDevice: No devices available" even though I can see my fingerprint device using lsusb command
