can i self install ubuntu 22.04 on 2023 Windows XPS 13 plus

I got a dell 2023 XPS 13 plus but with windows home edition. i saw that this machine is certified for ubuntu 22.04 so i am thinking of self installing it. should I still expect some issues with drivers and such.

Is the dell developer edition version of this same laptop has a special ubuntu 22.04 such that one cant self install it from the regular canonical distribution?

Appreciate an answer either from Dell Linux group or those have similar need for same exact laptop, 2023 XPS 13 Plus.
