Touchpad problems on Latitude 7350. After Standby Touchpad is not working

I got the Problem with a nonworking touchpad after Standby on my Brand New Latitude 7350 - The drivers and Firmware are all Up2Date. The device is 1 Week old but when it comes from a night of standby touchpad is not working anymore. Sometimes it works partly, sometimes it doesn't even work after reboot, so I have to do a full shutdown and do a manual start, after this routine it is always working again. But that is not a solution tbh.
