Slow Boot-Up and Blank Screen issue on New Dell latitude 7340 Laptop

Hello All,

I am facing some concerning issues with my Dell 7340 laptop and would like to raise these for review:

1. Slow Boot-Up: My laptop, which is equipped with 32 GB of RAM, is taking an unusually long time to boot up—approximately 3-4 minutes. This issue persists even after I have formatted the system, indicating that it may not be related to software alone.

2. Blank Screen After BitLocker Password: Occasionally, after entering the BitLocker password, the screen remains blank, and the only way to proceed is to perform a hard shutdown. This has been a recurring problem and is disrupting my work.

Given that these issues are unexpected, especially with the high hardware specifications, I wanted to check if others with the same model are experiencing similar problems. If so, I believe it would be worthwhile to escalate this to Dell for further investigation and resolution.

Please share your thoughts or let me know if there are any steps I should take to address these issues.
