No Audio Device is Installed

I have a problem after upgrading the BIOS to version 1.29, my Dell Latitude 7200 2-in-1 has no audio device is installed and the ACPI Power Button in the System Devices section is greyed out. Have re-installed Windows to Windows 10 and Windows 11, it is still the same. Downgrade BIOS does not work, even though the BIOS settings have allowed to downgrade. Please help! Thank you
