My dell e6410 turns blue and go off

My dell latitude e6410 turns blue and go off immediately

I am assuming windows 7 is on the computer....

Computer turn blue as is screen or display turn blue ? You tried reseating the battery to see if it will make any difference? If no, try these steps:

1. Power off system. Remove any peripherals such as printer, speakers, external drive or flash drive. 

2. Remove adapter, turn over computer, slide the battery latches toward the center of the computer and then slide the battery out of the computer and remove it

3. Press 'Power On' button for about 30 seconds to release Static Flea Power..

4. Replace battery, adapter, power on computer, hopefully computer boot into windows successfully.

If the computer doesn't boot into windows or turn off then I suspect computer has either a faulty memory, or coin cell battery, or an issue with the motherboard.

Please stroll down to diagnostic in your Service Manual in link below. There you will be able to view LED Error Codes list. This should help you to find out what wrong with your computer.

A crash can be caused by due to a lot of reasons. A few of them being the following: 1. An outdated or misbehaving device driver. 2. Computer virus. 3. A corrupted program. 4. A problem with your computer's memory. 5. Hard disk or motherboard is corrupted
