Mouse pointer keeps moving by itself

Please help. My mouse pointer moves by itself. Normally, it’s worst when I’m charging it…. So I’ll usually remove the charger. But if any pressure is applied around the touchpad, it’ll start moving by itself even when charger isn’t connected. But when I apply pressure around it again (many attempts in most cases), it stops moving by itself. Is it a hardware problem? Should I change touchpad?! What do I do please??
