Logitech H390 makes very high interference noise when connected to a Dell Dock
Hello there!
We need some help here. We have some users that when they try to connect their headphones into a Dell Dock (WD19S), it makes a very high noise, sounds like interference, but not literally that. But if they connect the headphones directly to the laptop, it wont make any noise and it will work perfectly. It´s very weird, because we tried with different headphones (all same model), and it makes the same noise with the dock. Does anyone have any idea?
Drivers are updated
Laptops are different models: Latitude 3520, 7430 and 7440
Thanks

Did you try changing the Audio Format in the windows sound settings under Sound>Playback>YourHeadsetDevice>Properties>Advanced>Default Format?
