Latitude 5491

Dear Sir, I have Latitude 5491 after automatic bios update my dell 5491 stopped working.
It doesn't throw the Dell logo and has a black screen.
Soon I saw on your site how to make usb bios recovery.
I reset the bios battery and removed the main battery followed all procedures before rebooting.

The problem occurs when using ctrl+esc I get the dell logo. I get an offer to run the bios recovery from usb, everything goes smoothly, it does a complete recovery and at the end it throws an error that it was not successful.
What to do next? thanks in advance. Nebojša.

Did it ever boot into Windows?

To receive assistance from Dell chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them.  Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. If already out of warranty, click here for the Dell out of warranty offering.

@DELL-Jesse L the laptop was doing its update in windows and after loading the bios and grid, only a black screen remained for the next hour. I have been informed how to reload the bios from a usb stick. the whole process comes to an end and shows the message bios on demand recovery failed. My opinion is that not every img.rcv file can pass....
I've tried at least ten different ones, only the latest bios version goes to the very end of the process and unfortunately throws an error
