Latitude 5410 - Cannot find compatible fingerprint scanner

Hi! I am trying to enable Windows Hello login using fingerprint in my Latitude 5410. However I receive this message:
"We couldn't find a fingerprint scanner compatible with Windows Hello fingerprint.
Is there any way to enable Windows Hello with fingerprint in my laptop?

Welcome to the Dell Community @fedeparro

Make sure this is up to date.

Dell ControlVault3 Driver and Firmware:

The first question that has to be asked is this:  are you certain the system has the optional fingerprint reader?  These are not standard on this model - they are configurable options at purchase.

If you're not sure, use the service tag to look up the original hardware configuration at support.dell.com -- there should be an indication of the reader somewhere in the original hardware manifest.

This is what I can see from the original configuration from support.dell.com:

I cannot understand wether I have or not the fingerprint scanner...
