Laptop always starts with Dell Diagnostics instead of Windows

Latitude 5530

Latitude 5530

My Dell Latitude 5530 has been starting by default with Dell Diagnostics instead of Windows since today. No errors are found during the diagnostics (Code 000). SupportAssist OS Recovery is already disabled in the BIOS.
Windows can be started normally by selecting it in the Boot Manager (F12).

How can I set Windows as "standard" boot option? Anybody any idea?

You can try these steps to change the boot order on a Dell Latitude:
  1. Restart your computer
  2. Press F12 when the Dell logo appears to access the boot menu
  3. se the arrow keys to navigate to the menu titled "Boot Sequence", "Boot device Priority", or "Advanced Boot Options"
  4. Find the listing for "Boot Sequence" or "Boot Order"
  5.  which you wish to boot and press "+" to move it to the top position
  6. Click "Exit", and then click "Yes" to save the settings on exit
