E6540 won't boot - no logo - fan on shortly

Our E6540 won't boot any more. 

By turning it on the status light for storage is shortly on. The fan starts. And after only a few seconds it turns off. The screen remains the whole time dark.

The effect of the diagnosis mode (Turn on with pressed Fn-key): 

• Storage blinks one time
• Fan starts and Power light on for a few seconds
• In addition to Power light the  Storage light is on shortly
• Then everything is off

Has anyone a guess what the problem could be?

Maybe a relevant information: The internal speaker made sometimes distorted sounds lately
