Dell Latitude E6330 Fingerprint scanner not working
Hi there I have recently installed Windows 10 on my Dell Latitude E6330 and everything is working great except for the fingerprint reader, I have installed the Control vault driver & Also Dell data protection but it doesn't seem to be working. Just wondering if it's possible to get it working. Cheers

As above I have updated to latest BIOS and run all windows updates, The fingerprint driver seems to be installed but it isn't working for some reason

Which version of Windows 10? v20H2?
Have you gone online and gotten all the Windows 10 updates?
Is the BIOS update to date?
