DELL LATITUDE 5520 FREEZING ALL THE TIME IN ANY PROGRAM
Laptop freezes. Sometimes 2 x a day and sometimes 1 x a week. Not in a specific program. Even when shutting down.
Reported this issue to Dell Support via SMS on 3 March 2023 until 27 April 2023 with no solution. Did all the test on hardware and updates - no solution !!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP !!!!!!

Since it's a software issue, wipe your system and perform clean installation of operating system.
If the issue was without solution for duration of over a year, taking 15 minutes for Windows reinstallation should worth a try.
