Dell Latitude 5300 Screen Upgrade from 1366 x 768 to FHD

Hi,

since my Latitude 5300 screen (1366 x 768 non touch) is broken i decided to upgrade it to a FHD screen.

i found a FHD Touchscreen, will this fit or does it have to be a non touch version? Is it required to change the harness as well to get FHD resolution on the replacement screen?
