Dell battery health communication error and without adapter laptop doesn't opens
When I checked my dell laptop battery health it shows communication error and my laptop doesn't open without using adapter. When I plugged in adapter then the battery indicator blinks fast ( red ).
What should I do please help me. Should I have to change the battery or something else.

In the absence of critical information (the model number of the system and its age), a battery replacement is the first thing to try.

A new laptop won't turn on without charger. It opens only after connecting the charger. In bios it shows communication error and battery 0%. After opening the laptop, it work even when the charger is removed. It shows "no battery detected" in windows 11 system.

Contact Dell to have the system replaced.
