Can't connect to printer

Hi,

Win 10 19045.4529 22H2 Dell Latitude 5285 Using WiFi

This Xerox CP405 d Docuprinter is connected to all other PCs on LAN.

When trying to add it to this 5285, for the ife of me,

for the last 2 hours have tried all I know but it will not connect.

In Devices Add Printer it finds a FXBD8A95 but in all others it comes in its name CP405d etc.
It also says drivers are unavailable.

I connect via IP 192.168.20.100 and when I look at the printer admin using that IP in the browser It see that FXBD etc is the Internet name, so it is the correct printer.

With this info can you see why it is not connecting.
