Black screen but power is on (Latitude 7490)

I dont know what is going on in my laptop, I searched anything I know in the internet. But, whenever I turn on my laptop only the keyboard lights are on but with a black screen, and the lights at the bottom right corner of the laptop pulsates white few times and orange few times. I tried doing how to solve "No POST issue" in Dell's website and video but nothing seem to happen, until my laptop would later boot up with options of "Retry Boot, Setup utility, and onboard diagnostics." I ran the diagnostic on my computer, it said that "Battery does not provide enough power" after that, It ran normally and when i shut it down and turn it on some time later, my computer was in the same problem as it did before. its like a loop. I wanna know what any other problems other than battery there is?

Is the battery the one that shipped with the computer?

To receive assistance from Dell chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them.  Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. If already out of warranty, click here for the Dell out of warranty offering.

Please count the number of white and amber lights, then check the Latitude 7490 Owner's Manual for what each combination of lights means.

Could be failing or disconnected hardware. For example, if you see 2 amber and 3 white lights, that means the RAM is not detected, whereas 2 amber and 1 white is a failing CPU.

@EpiccNooby Sorry for the delay; I did not get notified that you replied. According to Dell, 2 amber with 4 white is a Memory/RAM failure. You can try reseating the RAM or switching modules (if you have an open one), or replace the RAM altogether.

The Owner's Manual shows you how to properly remove and install RAM. Be sure you disconnect the battery first. You can buy additional memory from Amazon or use a website such as Crucial to check which memory is compatible with your laptop.

Do this at your own risk. I am not a Dell employee, nor am I liable if you cause damage to your laptop's internals. I suggest you review the steps in the guide I linked and then decide if you want to proceed on your own.
