Resolution on the Latitude c640 pictures fuzzy ????

I just got the c640 not all pictures or fuzzy just on the internet I adjusted the resoution to the highest it has which is 1024 by 768 and 32 bit my monitor is set to default.

Any ideals ??????????? Thanks
