Portuguese (Brazil) on a keyboard layout "United Kingdom (English)"

I need to add an Input Language "Portuguese (Brazil)" on my laptop that has a keyboard layout "United Kingdom (English)", in order to be able to type the Brazilian words that has special characters.

I don't want to change the "Windows Display Language", neither the "Region" and "Format of Date, Time and Numbers". These ones I want to keep as English - United Kingdom.

I have:

- Model: Dell - Inspiron 14 3000-Series
- Operating System: Windows 8.1 (32Bit) English
- Keyboard: UK/Irish Qwerty

If someone knows how to do this, I'll be more than grateful.

Hi, I know how it can be very frustrating to try to use Portuguese language on a United Kingdom keyboard layout. And during my quest for the solution, I received answers from users telling that there was no solution at all etc. But for my surprise, I received terrible, very bad customer service from the so called "experts" from Dell customer support, whose representatives seemed to had less technical knowledge about the issue than me. They even tried to convince me that Windows 8.1 was not a multi-language system. So, here's below the solution that I found on the web, to be able to use Portuguese (Brazil) or Portuguese (Portugal) on a United Kingdom (English) keyboard layout. Just copy and paste the link here and download and run the file on it. The instructions are in Portuguese, but it's very simple. Just download the file that it's on this link, and then run in your computer.

For me it worked perfectly!
