No drivers found on PowerEdge R730

Problem: I am trying to install windows 10 on a PowerEdge R730 (broken computer). During windows installation through USB, I am unable to find any drives to install windows on. When I try to find a load driver, I find nothing as well. I have another PowerEdge R730 (working computer) system that has successfully installed windows 10 from the same usb installation. The PowerEdge R730 that doesn't work has had its Embedded Driver Pack uninstalled before, which I think is the problem.

What I have tried: With my working computer, I was able to copy (with copy and paste) all the driver files from system32\drivers and system32\DriverStore into a folder on the bootable usb. I then retried to install windows on the broken computer with said usb. Unfortunately, I am still unable to find loadable drivers or any drivers at all. Any ideas on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

Spec:

Windows 10, PowerEdge R730

Currently no access to iDrac 6 or internet

I was posting on other forums, and here is my solution!

https://www.reddit.com/r/Dell/comments/1dzaag3/unable_to_find_drivers_or_any_load_device_drivers/

SOLUTION:

I followed this solution by rizon : "On the R730, you can boot the BIOS Setup (F2), then go into Device Settings, pick the PERC card you have (likely a PERC H730 or PERC H330), and then use the PERC configuration utility to create a virtual disk. If it's just a single drive, you should also be able to mark it as a non-RAID disk through the configuration utility." I wasn't exact to the letter, but I created a virtual disk and then it worked. I think I configured them to be a RAID disk though.

Hello, thanks for choosing Dell and welcome to our community:

In order to assist you further we need information on your RAID controller model.

In the meantime, I found something online that might give you insight. Please note that this is not Dell's official statement.
