picture card reader

I recently let someone use my computer and they got a virus in it. I then had to have it re formatted and once this was done I have not been able to locate of get the download i need for the picture reader. I have an out dated laptop it's a inspiron E1505 and because i use it for business i need the card reader driver or whatever to load pics from jobs i have done concerning my business. Can someone please help me find what i need.....Thank you...rono4266
