Normal idle and gaming temps for laptop
Hi,
What are normal idle and gaming temps for a Dell XPS L702X?
I'm getting 40C for GPU and HD0 readings and 50C for core temps from Speedfan when idle.
I'm getting 50C for GPU and HD0 readings and 60-70C for core temps from Speedfan when gaming.
Also when I stop playing a game, the temps never return to the idle temps (it's stays a little bit higher), is that normal?
I believe these readings are a bit high, can I get some opinions?

Those temps are lower than some users have posted.I would say you are in the safe zone with those temps for now.I would suggest getting a laptop cooler to help cool the system while gaming.The max operating temp. is 104 C.
