Need assiatance on removing ribbon cable to scroll pad.

I recently purchased a new plastic case around key pad on my Latitude laptop CPi D266XT.

The Dell part number is 1107D.

They gave me no advice or directions on how to disconnect and replace the scroll pad ( assy, svc, plmrst, CPIA ) with a ribbon cable attached to it. Also I need directions on where & how to attach other end of ribbion cable to computer.

I was expecting directions in with my new case from Dell in Ohio, but only part # 1107D was in box!

I need some help to know how to disconnect ribbon cable from scroll pad circuit. I do not have the pad in my new part.
